Door-to-Door Transport Survey

Wandsworth Access Association with Age Concern, the Older People's Forum and Wandsworth Community Transport are conducting a Door-to-Door Transport Survey.

We are calling on those who find it hard to use public transport, and who needs additional support from specialist services like Dial-a-Ride,Taxi Card, MIni Cabs etc.

Please complete a survey form and send it to the address given on the form.
